On the cutting edge, International College (IC) was founded in 2000, the first college Taiwan in which all courses are taught in English. Ming Chuan\u2019s internationalization efforts over the last 20 years offer a solid basis for achieving the national goal of the \u201cBlueprint for Developing Taiwan into a Bilingual Nation by 2030\u201d.
